Texas Tech 10 Have Colorful Commencement
Special to The Globe reports Texas Tech plans a colorful first commencement with over 2,000 invitations issued. A Rose Maiden cantata and a six episode pageant titled Light in the Lone Star will feature 500 students, with Dr W B Bizzell and Dr O F Powers delivering speeches.
