Austin May 13 Fred Upchurch assistant attorney general announced the filing of five suits over alleged proration violations in East Texas. Targeted are the British American Syndicate Cranfill Reynolds Oil Co Pilot Co Alfred MacMillan and the MacMillan Petroleum Co. Penalties up to 1000 per day were sought for the first three.
