Immie Fidler in Hollywood
A gossiping English tone describes Hollywood stars and anecdotes from May 3. Marlene Dietrich’s kissable look, Joan Crawford hair, and Dolores Del Rio’s childhood illness turning to beauty are recounted with vivid, unnamed quotes. A Duke-like parade of names, rumors, and lighthearted misfortunes end with a Utah fall story about Rufus Pack failing a Townsend plan test and his $200 budget.
