In Borger on March 15 Jack Hardy alias Fred Hays and his two brothers with Bus Hardy were arrested Sunday night. He reportedly admits involvement in January robbery of a Tiff City Missouri bank. Four men held after the cashier, Hardy’s cousin, and Sheriff Smith identified them. Hardy says a fifth band member is still at large in this territory.

House Adopts Resolution on System of Fees
