Dr L M Black of Amarillo was elected president of the Panhandle Chiropractors Association at a Herring hotel meeting with seventy six delegates from Plains Red River and Panhandle associations. Officers include Roy G Moore as vice president and Ethel Armstrong as secretary treasurer. A resolution supported House Bill 604 granting a Texas chiropractor license was adopted, while a resolution opposing a bill to exclude chiropractors was passed. A banquet and speeches followed. a Memphis meeting is scheduled for March 17.
