Mrs. Min nette Foster of Oklahoma City announces the marriage of her daughter Jo Evelyn to Warrant Officer W M Asher on May 26 at the Baptist Church parsonage in Plainview. Rev L B Reevis officiated as the couple's double ring ceremony. the bride wore a rose suit and orchid corsage. The groom was attended by Captain John C Kerr of Amarillo with best man duties. The pair left for a Colorado Oklahoma wedding trip. Mrs Asher returns to Los Angeles, where she works for Santa Fe Railway. Asher has served three and a half years, recently returning from overseas duty. she formerly lived in Amarillo and worked as city secretary assistant.
