Murray’s condition is not serious with bruises and possible rib fractures, resting well.
Robert Trimble faced a new trial in district court for a December high street paint shop robbery. The proprietor was bound and tied while $40 was taken. Trimble claims an alibi at a Pampa hotel supported by witnesses and hotel records.
