Los Angeles June 14. Imperial Potentate Harold Lloyd predicts the National Shrine Convention will be the biggest in history as 200000 Shriners and families arrive. Housing is expected to be a major issue with hotels jammed and the Santa Fe Railway arranging for housing about 2600 Shriners in Pullman cars on sidings.
In the railroad yard Lloyd noted surpassing Chicago and Atlantic City as the Imperial Divan begins to arrive. George Saunders, imperial recorder, came from Chicago to meet Lloyd and ready for Thursday arrival of Shrine officials. Saturday will see a board meeting of the Shrine committee on hospitals for crippled children.
The official Albanian news agency ATA called absurd reports that Albania Greece and Italy held secret talks in Rome last week to pull Communist Albania into the Western camp.
