Funeral for J. D. Stinson Set at 3 Today
Funeral services for J. D. Stinson pioneer dairyman and cattle breeder who died Tuesday afternoon in a downtown drug store were held at 3 this afternoon at San Jacinto Methodist Church with Rev. F. E. Robinson and Rev. G. J. Irvin officiating. Survived by six sons and two daughters, burial was in Lane cemetery. Pallbearers and honorary pallbearers named. Stinson operated the Stinson dairy northeast of Amarillo for 22 years before retiring and moving to 1303 Florida in San Jacinto.
