New York July 22 A planned 1 PM walkout by 22 000 building trades workers on 100 million navy projects was postponed while a Washington conference between navy officials and union leaders continued The Bronx Building Trades Workers said 1100 WP workers were used on 14 Fort Schuyler navy training station projects and the delay extended to 2 30 PM pending the outcome of talks between Rear Admiral Ben Morrell and John P Coyne.
