Mrs Kenneth Flamm hosted a Wednesday afternoon gathering at 4406 West Third featuring a dolls display by Mrs Rob berson. The event showcased yellow rose table decor in silver with co hosts Mrs Alan K Clark and Mrs Selden Simpson. A list of attendees included numerous ladies and a visitor Mrs Stanley Crowe. Methodist WSCS Epiphany Program at Buchanan Street Church
The Methodist Woman's Society of Christian Service held an Epiphany program on Wednesday afternoon led by Mrs. C. F. Staples with candlelighting by Mrs. Vaughn Edwards and a caravan of camels. A business session appointed two members for life membership pins, with many members and a guest in attendance. On January 17 at 2 PM the group will meet in the church parlor to begin a new Bible study, "We Seek Him Together."

Woman's Society Begins Study at San Jacinto Church
The San Jacinto Methodist Church Woman's Society of Christian Service opened a study series titled We Seek Him Together. Mrs. E. R. Jacobson led Why Make a Study of Worship with a round-table by Mesdames Frank Holland J. D. Smith J. W. Bentley and Hollis Harris. Open Mine Eyes closed the session as 26 members attended. The next meeting slated for January 17 at 1 30 p m in the church will continue the study.

Morning Circle of Washington Avenue Christian Church met at the church Wednesday morning for a Lydia lesson led by Mrs. A. M. Weisenman. The opening song was What A Friend We Have in Jesus.
