TDG Air Patrol Meets Tonight
The central organization of the 11th Squadron's enlisted personnel will be formed at the squadron headquarters 710 Taylor Street tonight at 7 o'clock. All officers of the staff and Amarillo flights are to attend in uniform. Men of military age in good condition may join the Texas Defense Guard Air Corp. prior radio piloting or medic experience is helpful but not required. W B Benton born February 4 1866 and his wife widow Mrs W B Benton died July 26 were married October 19 1892 at Marshall Missouri. They moved from Marshall to the Panhandle then to a farm three miles east of Amarillo in 1903. A farmer all his life he retired recently. Survived by three sons two daughters eleven grandchildren and siblings in New Mexico Missouri and Arizona. Body in state at Boxwell Brothers Chapel with funeral arrangements not yet set.
