Tax plan critique by GEO W ROFF in Pampa Texas letter
The writer argues for using working capital as a tax lever and proposes a phased rollout over five years. He contends that funding thrift through business support could boost the economy, while states and cities would set district tax rates after estimating current levies on commodities land income and autos. He notes a possible future tax revision and cites the nation’s debt as context. He signs with address 719 East Francis Street Pampa Texas.
