Realtors Name Two To Study Resolution
A committee of two, Hugo H. Loewenstern and L. E. Lyles, was appointed by President C. P. Atwood of the Amarillo Real Estate Board to study a resolution opposing House Bill No. 70. The bill would place irrigation water well operations under a state water board. The resolution condemns state control but would not oppose a local or district board. The committee may adopt or reject the resolution without board vote. A portion of the program covered opinions on features and room arrangements affecting home sales. Charles Wolflin of PHA Amarillo questioned findings for valuation appraisals.
