Amarillo considers zoning changes around old city limits
The planning and zoning commission led by Jimmie James proposes zoning unzoned areas inside and around the old city limits including Canyon Highway west of Palo Duro, Wolflin Place, Bivins Addition vicinity, and a strip along University Heights. Newly annexed areas such as Broadmoor and Humphrey Highlands would be reviewed, with commission members listed. A Texans in California Independence Day roundup is planned for Feb 28 in San Francisco, inviting Texans to contact Al Yin H. St. Clair at 1624 Grand, Oakland.
