Amarillo Canyon Highway paving bids set for Feb 18

W A French of the Texas Highway department reports bids for paving the Amarillo Canyon highway will be let February 18. The project runs from Amarillo city limits to near the Santa Fe tracks at Canyon and links State Highways 38 and 9. An underpass contract at the Santa Fe tracks was recently awarded, completing the paved route from Amarillo to Canyon.
