Three people were injured in two separate crashes near Amarillo. He was taken to St. Anthony's Hospital in a Blackburn ambulance.

A human head was found on the Dave Hopkins farm near Duncanville in Dallas County. Investigators could not determine the victim's nationality due to long exposure, and no other bones were found. A Girl Scouts troop reported the discovery to Sheriff Hal Hood, who ordered the head brought in for examination.
Last night two hold ups occurred in the south part of Amarillo. A bus driver and a laundry truck driver were robbed. three men were detained by morning police with one carrying a pistol. Victims include Mrs. J M Griffith and driver Gor don Greer. Police seek two youths and an older man.
