Amarillo Aeolian Choir to raise funds for Children’s Home
Amarillo High School’s 100 voice Aeolian Choir will sing Christmas carols at First Presbyterian Church tonight at 7:30 to help raise 50 000 dollars still needed for the Children’s Home project. The event is free and includes Yuletide songs by Home choirs. donations may be mailed to J H Paul at the American National Bank or via 1949 pledge cards explained at the gathering.

Exchange Club Election Friday in Amarillo Hotel
The American Exchange Club will elect new officers Friday at noon during a meeting in the Herring Hotel. Candidates for president are Troy Jones Bob Hucker and C J Humphrey. Three new directors will also be named and officers will be installed Saturday at 8 00 p m during the annual Christmas dinner dance at the Amarillo Hotel. Present officers are Howard Ferguson president Jones vice president Buster Vaughan secretary and Dr Bill Stevenson treasurer.
