Ramsey Rites Held At Austin This Afternoon
Sumner M. Ramsey 46 secretary of the state board of control died suddenly last night of a heart attack. He will be buried in Austin this afternoon. Ramsey previously headed the state game fish and oyster commission and was superintendent of buildings and grounds. He came to Austin from the Amarillo News in 1921 and is survived by his widow, one daughter, five sons, his mother Mrs. George J. Ramsey, a sister Miss Anne 8. Ramsey of Raleigh, and a brother Capt. George L. Ramsey of the U S Army in China.
