Sam Henry Freak alias George Peterson was returned to Colorado in custody after arrests here and by police. He faced bondsmen in Denver for jumping federal bond, Denver juvenile court officials, and a Littleton bigamy charge. A $250 reward was offered for his capture.

Anton in Hockley County will formally open tomorrow with a gala celebration. The Spade ranch holdings are being divided into some 174,000 acres of farms with more than 200 already sold. The townsite, planned by experts, includes donated church lots and a plaza for a hotel stake. The Ellwood Farms company sells the tracts while investors from Dallas New York and Tampico back the townsite group.
