Kellogg charged with murder in Moore County

Clem Kellogg of Stinnett is free on 2500 dollars bond after being charged in Moore County district court with murder with malice in the death of 35 year old Olene Cator of Stinnett. Cator died from injuries after a Thursday drive to the hospital. Kellogg is a local grain elevator operator and hotel proprietor. The case goes before the Moore County grand jury in September.

American to Wed Ex-Japanese Envoy’s Daughter

A former American Army officer, Frank K White, announced plans to marry Vin Kuruxe, daughter of Saburu Kurusu, the Japanese envoy who visited the White House to pursue peace. The wedding is set for Thursday at the United States consulate in Yokohama.
