Topeka girl details shooting by federal agents in St Louis
Stella Mae Dickson a 16 year old Topeka girl said her husband Benny was shot to death by federal agents on a St Louis sidewalk. Benny 27 and Stella Mae had fled a Topeka police trap last November after being sought on bank robbery and kidnapping charges. Benny was killed Thursday night.
