In Alpine in a quiet First Methodist ceremony Sept 6 at 9 p m Miss Phyllis Ramsey wed Thomas M Connor son of Mr and Mrs T M Connor of Imperial Texas Rev LeRoy Sewell officiated The couple resides in Alpine where Connor heads the Student Union building at Sul Ross college and plans a brief wedding trip to Carlsbad. The Ramseys are longtime Alpine residents.
