Junction Man Cleared In Fence Theft Case
A district court jury in Fort Davis found Ft V Carrigan not guilty of stealing 160 cedar fence posts from Valentine. Carrigan, a Junction resident, had sold posts to ranchers in the area for years, with Murray Towze of Monahans representing him. The two day trial featured multiple Junction witnesses and Judge W Patterson of Alpine presiding.
