Delta Kappa Gamma Beta Iota chapter met in Sanderson on Saturday afternoon with eight past presidents present, many Alpine residents among them. An inspirational program on Developing Fellowship through the Schools was given by Mrs Tyler Gatlin. Dr Wally Johnson presided as chapter president. Tea featured a fruit and autumn leaf centerpiece. A 2 p m Wednesday dessert bridge crowned Mrs Bryan Wildenthal top score, with Mrs Frank McCollum second and Mrs Presiding Chalmers Broadfoot Consolation. Bingo went to Mrs W H Crider. Four tables included Mrs Joe Burgess and others. Tally Ho club guests joined Thursday for dessert bridge. Mrs John W Pate won high, Mrs Wildenthal second, and Mrs Marvin Kayf consolation.
