Gold Star Mothers and Sisters Honored at Auxiliary Luncheon
Forty members and guests of the American Legion Auxiliary hosted a buffet luncheon at the Country Club to honor Gold Star Mothers and Sisters. The event featured floral centerpieces, musical performances by Miss Carlene Hegelund and Jack Bowers, and remarks by Auxiliary leaders. Memorial Day observance was highlighted as a pledge to pay tribute to those who died in service across the Spanish American War World Wars and the Korean War.
