Secretary of State Crawford C Martin announces notaries public must re qualify for the term ending June 1 1965 by paying the fee and filing oath and bond with the county clerk between June 1 and June 10 1963. County clerks approve bonds not the secretary of state. New applicants should apply April 1 to May 20 1963 to avoid rush. Applicants must be 21 and county residents with full name and permanent address on file. Appointment fee is 4 dollars plus bonding fee.

City Adopts New Budget for Fiscal Year 1963
City Council Tuesday approved a budget for the year starting April 1 1963 with expenditures and revenues of 257 300. Councilman W J Newell said the figure is only 575 higher than last year.
