High school health classes include posture hygiene disease and first aid with regular sport tryouts, while eye and weight records are kept for girls.Teachers face grading delays on achievement tests and community gymnasiums remain lightly staffed with many students at play after hours.
The Alpine Lions Club held a regular meeting at the Holland hotel with Boss Lion Criswell absent. Guests included George Polin from Monahans and Ralph Mitchell from San Angelo with Marvin Kay, and new members Robert Cross and Geo Hunt.
