Marfa PCA Plans 265 Dividend Checks at June Meeting
Marfa Production Credit Association to issue 265 dividend checks at its 26th annual stockholders meeting at the Beta Sigma Phi Building in Marfa on June 1. The cooperative, with about 350 members holding over 90 000 in stock, loaned more than 14 000 000 to 29 farmers and ranchers across the Presidio and surrounding counties. W N Stokes Jr of the Federal Intermediate Credit Bank of Houston is expected to attend with about 390 members and other interested parties.

The 1960 order of sale directs seizure and sale of Lots 1 and 2 in Black Hancock Adon, Alpine, with sale at the county courthouse on the first Tuesday in July 1980 between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to the highest bidder for cash, subject to redemption and statutory constraints.
