Sixteen aged land grant certificates, issued in 1870s Presidio County, were unearthed from a Texas and Pacific storage item and sent to County Clerk R. H. Bloys for recording. Each certificate covers one section of land and bears signatures of Governor John Ireland and Land Commissioner W. C. Walsh.
