DIES IN FLOOD IN SALADO CREEK INCIDENT
Edward Woodlee aged 44 drowned when swept from his stalled car during Salado Creek overflow. A former Fort Ross athlete, he had worked over 20 years at Kelly Air Force Base as chief of the requirements and distribution branch of the miscellaneous aircraft division.
