February at the Community Center Highlights Girls Scouts and Quilting Club
February at the Community Center featured Kindergarten crafts, a Girl Scouts ceremony with membership cards, and a Boy Scouts party. Quilting Club members near completion plan year sewing with Nina Boury, while Garden Club mentions planting beds and nursery care by Sul Ross students aiding mothers. Non Center activities include Big Bend Players rehearsals, Cub Scouts banquet, a Candle Light Circle supper, and a vaccine drive. A Christmas card arrived from Mrs. Jack Crawford sent from East Pakistan.
