Auxiliary Memorial Service At Legion Meeting Set
The American Legion Auxiliary will hold a 7:30 p.m. meeting Monday February 20 at the Legion Home. A memorial service for Mrs Louis Forchheimer will be conducted by Mrs James Blackwell with past unit presidents assisting. The program includes initiation of members and a report by the legislative and national security chairman. Tom Leary will answer survivor benefits questions. a $500 pledge to Alpine Public Library is set aside. Plans for a February 25 Americanism banquet are outlined. The executive committee meets at 6:30 p.m. before the regular session.
