Capt Elmer R Jaenke AGD 1 has been named director of Instruction at WAC Branch No 7 He is a graduate of Southern Illinois State Normal University and Washington University St Louis A former teacher he was commissioned in September 1931 and called to active duty in July 1941 His career included Insurance and Allocation Officer duties Assistant Chief of the Record Section and a stint at Adjutant General's School before becoming Captain in August 1943 He had been stationed at Alpine since the school activation in April and served as Senior Instructor in the Academic department prior to his appointment
