Ordinances Create Street Improvement Districts and Cemetery Rules
The Alliance city council enacts Ordinance 218 creating Street Improvement District No. 8 detailing lot blocks to be included and implementation terms. Ordinance 220 oversees paving in paving district No. 1 with bid process and funding by property assessment. Ordinance 221 fixes Greenwood Cemetery rules, supervision, plot records, sexton duties, transfers, and lot sales procedures.
