Box Butte County Board of Commissioners met in Alliance to review bids for the County Court House project. Ray A. Matthews of Grand Junction Colorado was awarded the general contract for 59045 dollars after price reductions and feature eliminations. Heating and plumbing contracts were awarded to Sterling Colorado firms with bids around 2600 dollars. The board approved bonds and adjourned to August 4, 1915.
