City Council Sets Mayor and Council Salaries and Creates Sewer District

Virgil Schrautmeier faced a $100 fine for keeping intoxicating liquor at the Wilson barn. He was given forty eight hours to borrow money but failed to appear. Final Chapter in Guyton Case Ends in Nolle Prosequi
