Auto Overturns Injuring Hemingford Ranchman
John Curran of Hemingford was badly injured when his car overturned Monday afternoon and pinned him beneath it. Found unconscious near Luke Phillips home, Curran’s exact injuries remain uncertain though he has a broken collar bone, bruises, and possible internal injuries. The car shows a broken windshield and steering wheel evidence of a complete flip. Chris Bulgrin of York County travels to Alliance for realty holdings in Box Bulte county.

Defective Brake Triggers Wagon Crash Near Morrill
W S Carroll a Morrill ranchman suffered a broken leg when a defective brake rope failed on a heavily loaded lumber wagon. Fire destroys tie pile near round house
Fire of unknown origin discovered in a large tie pile south of the round house around 12 30 yesterday. Burlington fire apparatus and about thirty men fought the blaze for about three hours. The fire was under control early this morning and roughly 15000 ties were destroyed.
