District Drainage Notes From 1916 Board Proceedings
The Kosuth county Iowa Board of Supervisors met in Sept 1916 with all members present. They approved minutes, authorized warrants to I. O. Florence and Stephen Sharp, and adopted several drainage district resolutions. Hearings were fixed for Dists Nos. 129 130 143 185 and others, with engineer C E Paine named to oversee surveys, and construction let dates set.
