A Fort Dodge real estate firm completed a transaction totaling about 162,800 dollars. J. J. Ryan bought two Wright County parcels four miles north of Belmond for the Iowa Land and Livestock company. The Clark estate land, not previously on the market, sold for roughly 135 dollars per acre, currently bluegrass prairie and being plowed by two tractors, with plans to subdivide into small farms by the new owners.
