Thomas F. Cooke petitions the District Court of Kossuth County Iowa seeking to quiet title to the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35 Township 101 Range 27 West. He alleges he is the absolute owner in fee simple and that defendants William M. Clark and wife and unknown claimants have or may claim rights. The petition asks that all claims be barred and that title be established in Cooke. A hearing is set for September 11, 1905, with default possible if unseen defenses are not filed.
