About fifty people were injured when an exhaust valve on a passing locomotive blew out at Ray twood Junction on the New York New Haven and Hartford railroad. The steam struck three coaches of the Gilt Edge Box express from New York to Boston. None of the injured is believed to be fatally hurt.
