Washington June 24. Mexican sisal growers agree with the food administration to sell this year's 500000 bales of saw binding twine in the United States at 3 cents a pound below last year. Hoover estimates the arrangement will save American farmers about 6000000 dollars on binder twine next year.

Miss Schmid Released on Bond in Espionage Case

Miss Katherine Schmid, arrested for violating the espionage act by seeking military information from border soldiers, was ordered released on a $1,500 bond guaranteed by the Swiss legation in Washington. The bond was raised from $1,000 by United States District Judge Woord Smith. she is a Swiss citizen and niece of a Lucerne canton official.

Airplane Accidents at Training Camps Reported

June 24 reports from West Point and Curtiss Field detail fatal and serious crashes among air corps personnel. Lieut Orlando M Lord of Dorchester Mass died after the airship fell 1000 feet. Lt Allen of Kane, Kansas City, Miami, was seriously injured.另外 Lieut Duncan Cameron of Pittsburgh and Sgt Ernest L Abletrand of Chicago were killed when their plane fell 600 feet due to a broken control rod.
