A flotilla of oastide seine boats arrives in Petersburg for the seining kickoff as more vessels are expected through town. Pacific Sea skippered by Tom Rustad joins the fleet, halibut landings total about 73 000 pounds ahead of last season, and prices hold near peak levels with Seattle boats fetching 33 cents a pound for large fish.
