Community Bazaar Supports Winter Good Deeds

The Sunny Side bazaar by the community Indies yielded strong returns with the quilt alone netting nearly twenty dollars. Proceeds will fund winter good deeds and Christmas for the Sunday school. An orchestra led by Mrs Ward Knapp promises future community benefit. Relatives attended Raymond Coughlan’s funeral in Livex City. he was a WWI veteran once in Sioux City police, later an entertainer.

Kindergarten Attends Week of Illness and Perfect Attendance

Barbara Smith missed all week due to illness though the class notes eleven students with perfect attendance over six weeks. First graders Shirley Knockson and Donald Caskey read a Thanksgiving story. pine cone turkeys were made.
