Ae Mitchell a five year old Plym southly farmer charged with part shorting in the attack on Judge Bradley at LeMars on April 27 was sentenced to thirty days in county jail by Judge Harriet of Clarinda Iowa. The jury found him guilty of battery after trial in Sioux county district court at Orange City last Thursday.
