Regional library board meeting set for April 16
The northwest regional library system board of trustees will hold its regular monthly meeting Wednesday April 16 at 2 p.m. in the Sheldon public library Sheldon Iowa. The regional system covers 19 northwestern Iowa counties and rotates meetings to connect librarians and local boards. The public is welcome. Alfred Bodtke of Greenfield is a rock hound who ten years ago began collecting rocks and now has a rock entryway in his new home. He cut the stones and set them in cement then topped with a scratch resistant resin. It is beautiful and a conversation piece.
