An Associated Press report from Pittsburg describes a collision between the Akron express and the Butler accommodation on the Pittsburg and Western railroad near Glen Shaw Pennsylvania. Four persons were seriously injured one fatally likely. Names include Mrs H Quinn Asperns etc. The Akron train arrived over two hours late.

The meeting also proposed forty dollars monthly for those with twenty five years, and a fire at Milton Haushalter's Mattison street house last night prompted escape by the residents.

Harold Wintrode aged 11 received a patriotism medal for enduring injury after a Fourth of July accident.
