Navy secretly contracted 33‑plane fleet linked to renditions
Documents obtained by the AP show NELO in Arlington contracted 33 planes in 2001 2002 for occasional USN cargo airlift. Gulfstream jets chartered by Richmer Aviation and Premier Executive Transport allegedly ferried terror suspects from Europe to Egypt where they were tortured. Italy Sweden and other authorities condemned these flights as illegal.
