Jury convicts Sells on capital murder charge in Del Rio
In Del Rio Texas jurors convict Tommy Lynn Sells on capital murder for the 13 year old Kaylene Harris's killing and attack on her friend Krystal Surles. The defense argued no proof of breaking in to commit sexual assault while the state cited motive and repeated violence. Sells had confessed to sexual assault in a later statement but denied it earlier.
